Spark™, an AI-powered Incubator-as-a-Service, is designed to cultivate communities that accelerate product and service development. By fostering rapid progress, it aims to establish enduring positive impact and financial resilience within these communities. Planned to launch in '24, Spark will initially be available to Milwaukee residents only through the MKE Tech Hub in hopes to accelerate Milwaukee's growth as a hub of the new digital renaissance.
